Property Registration

Please please can someone help me? I have been trying to list my property on Booking.Com however as soon as i get to the property type page and highlight Guest House and click continue i get "System Error please try later" I have made umpteen phonecalls to booking.com and over 35 emails and they aren't capable of resolving. i cannot get into the Extranet page as when i log in it just takes me to my complete your listing page, which starts the whole process off again. I've set up a second account, changed browser & passwords and am now at a loss as to how to continue?

Can you please take a screen shot of the full browser including all edges of the browser window.

 

I am curious to rule out the browser as being the source of the error.

 

<CTRL+F5> will clear the cache on most browsers/

 

Which browser are you using?

Alternatively try another browser. Such as Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer

Sorry to hear about  your struggles...what a mess!!!

It is better to use Chrome browser as it is responds better with BDC.

If you have created a second account...now you have to contact BDC so they delete the first one.

Hope, Barry can help you find your way.

Thanks, i originally tried on Chrome and switched to Edge, its a total nightmare and quite frankly booking,com dont have anyone that is capable of helping me

Thank you, I originally tried on Google Chrome too, looking at the Facebook page someone else from my location had the same problem in December and it didn’t get any replies, I’m in Jersey and so was he, I’m wondering why I can’t register as there are other properties in my area registered! I cannot access the extranet it just asks me to continue registration and takes me to the page that fails, I don’t have any tabs to message or anything else. I can only think it’s my location, any ideas greatly received!

Have you tried to register your property through another device???

Grrr...this is absurd...cannot believe you have such a lousy service.....

I feel very fortunate for having excellent BDC support team.

Please dont laugh but maybe you can call another BDC office... some partners have even called abroad to Netherlands....
