Strange booking case
Hi team, We had a very unpleasant situation with booking. Our property is presented on booking and airbnb. We use synchronization and never had any questions. 3 weeks ago we had a 4-nights reservation on Airbnb, and it was displayed on booking. Despite this fact, guest could reserve one night via booking on the one of these nights. After our call he cancel reservation and I send my question to Booking. 3 weeks I had no replies from Booking and opened a new message thread. Today I received a call from Booking and was said that Booking has no any synchronizations (wow, what do I see in this case in my calendar there) and my flat is opened for the dates when it's booked on other services. It's a real surprize! Who faced with such cases? It looks flagrantly that we pay a huge comission, see some info in calendar and there is no synchronization. How do you work with this? It's impossible to close each day manually when it's booked on other services and looks closed on Booking. Could you please advise anything?
