Trivago Hotel Pro - sharp practice - anyone else affected?
Trivago Hotel Pro uses very aggressive and underhand practices to renew subscriptions for it product (without giving any notice whatsoever). The service is pretty useless too, as they recently stopped the ability offer any discount on your own property website compared to the OTA's - so what exactly is the point of paying for the subscription!?
Has anyone else has bad experiences with them?
there are many extremely bad reviews on trustpilot - I would encourage anyone effected to add their review so that perhaps they will get the message and adopt less unpleasant business practices.
