UPDATE: Spam in the Community (update Sept 4th, 2020)

Dear Community,

As some of you may have noticed, we are still experiencing issues with spam in the community. 

Over the last few weeks, our team has been exploring different solutions and we are hopeful that in the coming weeks we will have a resolution. Until then we have removed the unanswered tab. This is only temporary, and will be returning shortly. 

In the meantime, if you see a spam post, please do not comment on it. We are aware of these and are removing them as we see them.

Please can someone help? As a so called partner I am have no luck getting through to the phone line. I currently have my first booking next week and need to add my bank details.

The site is asking for verification but I do not receive any calls or sms on the correct number. 

When calling I get the same repeated message. "please enter your confirmation number follwed by the #key". 

There is No Confirmation number. There is No 4 digit pass code. 

Booking you have me in tears at such a ludicrous system. Having messaged the help centre I received an email saying my email seemed urgent and it directed me to the same stupid number. I am ready to cancel my booking & my partnership with booking. Will somebody please please contact me!!!????

Sergei - possibly another scam.  I have seen 3 comments on the forum in the past 2 days where partners are getting invoices sent from booking.com daily or even more often.  I have commented it may be a fraud as I don't think booking.com keep sending out invoices with this type of frequently.
