We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Why is "Contact us" missing???

Hi!

I just noticed a change in the bottom of the Partner Community page!!!

Why has "Contact us" button  been removed!!!  It was very useful...especially for new partners to find it.

Looking again in the Partner Community  Contact us is there again!!!

Did you look in the extranet, or in the listing? Two different things I discovered today only. 

it's a journey in learning patience and more of it.

Only here in the Community....sometimes "Contact us" is in the bottom of this page and sometimes it disappears!!!I 

Right now I had a look again and I dont see it....Very weird???

Thanks for feedback....its not that I need it...but I was wondering why sometimes I can see it while others I cannot....

While you are making website changes maybe you should have in mind that this button "Contact us" is very helpful especially to newbies...
