Wrong information on my property

The information on the above site is cmpletely wrong and misleading and has harmed my business.

There is no reply from the contact address. How can I influence the owner of the site to change the information on my Guest House Riad La Kahana

Do you mean the general description of your property on the BDC site?

If yes, then this is, apparently, generated by algorithms that take the data you have entered and create a description.

Whether this description matches your property, in reality, seems to be a bit of a lottery. Some hosts are happy with what they get and other not.

You just have to keep plugging away at BDC ( via messages in extranet, being sure to address the correct department(s) from the drop down menus ) until they understand why you don't want certain things but do want others. You will need to explain yourself clearly and give good reasons, don't take the first :fob-off" answers and keep pushing. Eventually you will end up with a usable description.

Property information is right if you look it from internet browser. But if you go to mobile version it shows property information wrong. So, in browser you can see that you are renting the whole apartment which has only one room with 4 beds. But if you go to mobile you can see that it tells that guests have 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 beds and the othet bedroom 2 beds. This information is wrong. There is only on room.
