booking.com not charging for children?

Two booking saying they have children and there ages but they are not being added into the total amount for payment.  Why is this happening as it did not happen before when the agers were there.

Hey Harbourviewmotelltd ,

Hoping you solved it. If not:

Go check under Property -> Policies > Children.

See if everything is set up correctly. There is a policy that says "children can sleep for free on existing beds". If you want to charge per child, then you need to disable that.
