MY PROPERTY CLOSE & NOT BOOKBLE

I noticed before 2 months that my property closed - which was a huge shock. I have made many phone calls with booking.com , and no one can tell me what is the reason. how long do I still have wait and I am losing business big time

One of the help team in the extranet should be able to see what happened. Or someone deleted your unit online without your knowledge, or there is a computer error.

If you don't want to wait for answers, I would set up the unit again (I know ! a lot of work) but under a different name, so you can see the difference between the two.

I find it strange that someone can actually delete your account without your permission. You must have had a confirmation email to say that you have requested deleting?
