i am new to this so please be gentle!
i have received a booking which I want to cancel. The customer requested several alleviation’s to my house rules which I refused. (He has a baby and I don’t allow children, he has a dog and I don’t allow animals). I have asked him to cancel his reservation and he is refusing. His messages have been terse and he is clearly upset at my request. I don’t want him staying in my house! I don’t need the business!
I don’t see any option for me to cancel his reservation. Is it possible? It is only 34 days to the booking.

Unfortunately you cannot cancel a booking only the guest can do this. But you have policies and the guest cannot break them. Totally understand you don't want to have them staying in your house. These types of guests often leave bad reviews so don't let them in !!
Contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet or give them a call see link for local phone numbers. They will be able to see the conversation.
