CANCELLATION without cause is as bad as a poor guest rating!
A lot has been debated over guest reviews but how can Booking.com help ME identify guest cancellation reasons?
Surely some options for guests before they confirm the cancellation will help this community no end.
1 - Found cheaper property nearby
2 - Cancelled my trip all together
3 - Found cheaper booking site
4 - Hotel reviews turned me off
5 - Travelled another route
I find this is a slippery slope to overthinking, it's best not to know and just move on.
Also be wary of chancers trying to get cancellation waiver, dont allow it.
