Booking contact number?!?
I just signed up and the calendar was supposed to be synced with my Airbnb, however, it was not and I have a double booking and would like to cancel it, I have messaged the guest and requested cancellation however no response. I am trying to contact a human at booking.com but there seems to be no number or even email I can find, any help is appreciated as I don't want a random guest showing up whilst my other guest is still there.
Hi! Harry, sorry to hear about your double booking.
Please have in mind that calendar is not sync in real time...its better if you do it maually after receiving reservations through other OTA.
You can find contact info in the following link.

Wish you luck.
continuing on M Adamopoulou's advice, please be prepared for your first ( surprise ) shock:
Airbnb as well as BdC penalise the Host if a booked guest cannot be accommodated.
A Host is not entitled to cancel a confirmed reservation.
As to whether this is fair or not, that is a different question.
The only thing the Host can do is assure that overlapping bookings do not occur
Let us know how you go.
cheers
Thanks, One option would be to cancel it on airbnb, however the aribnb booking is a week and was booked first before I even signed up with this site, the booking from here is one night. Thanks for the advice, I have found a customer support number I will call on monday
That’s fine.
Thanks for the feedback.
Have a nice weekend.
Ideally, Harry: make AirBnb guests book not instant.
I do this now for some time, and have even more bookings with A than with B!
A bit more hassle, but worth it, and no double bookings. I wouldn't worry about it. And saves you the cost of channel manager if you use one.
Greetings,
Aaltje B.
Aaltje, by not instant you mean guests have to send you a request before making reservation???
Yes, since with Airbnb the host can choose instant booking done or not
Cheery
Aaltje B .
Aaltje if it works I think it’s a good solution in avoiding double bookings.
Thanks for the tip...simple and clever...
Cheers!!!
I probably have it set it up...that’s why every time I have a reservation from A the guest sends me a request....
I just hadn’t realized it until now...
Thanks again
We were not aware of that option either,- thanks Aaltje
