Booking Problems

I am writing from Classic Hotel in Tirana. I have a problem with booking. When I search Classic Hotel Tirana via booking in any phone it changes the current price with 10% decreased price. When I search it in computer it shows the current price. I want to know why this happens? I am looking forward for your response. You can reach me any time at this phone number ***. Thank you!
