Booking.com calendar not exporting bookings to my other calendars!

Hi all

We've just had our first booking thru BDC - confirmation 2 days ago and booking is for tonight (12/10)

On my BDC calendar I can see that it's importing close/booked dates from other calendars, but the booking that's in for tonight thru' BDC has not been exported to any of my other calendars??

Advice needed asap to resolve this - when I go to manage my calendars they are all saying 'okay' but they clearly aren't or I'd see a blocked off date in all my other calendars as a result of the booking thru' BDC!

If you don't use chanel manager I suggest that you set your availabilty manually,  since iCal syncing is not always perfect with BDC.

Thank you. What a pain in the xxx! I was hoping that a company the size of BDC would be able to get something this simple right (as have all the other platforms I use)

I have had the same problem, even to the extent that I received double bookings and BDC opening closed days (Christmas day + Boxing day)

Please do not rely on BDC syncing your calendars, it is best to do it manually as soon as you receive a booking.

Thanks Chris - it looks like my other calendars are telling BDC when dates are booked/closed, but BDC not communicating back to them when a guests books thru' BDC. As I've only had one so far I'm not sure how much of a problem this is likely to be, but it is a bit un-nerving!

Have exactly the same issue so I always check and adjust manually.

Even if it's working properly there is a risk getting overbooked since iCal syncing can take quite some time to update availabilty.

If you sell more units chanel manager is a great solution. I tried it and now I don't imagine myself working without it.
