Is Booking.com offering any solution for travel agencies, payment with bank transfer?

Hi,

I want to implement booking.com for my website. I have a travel agency, and i want booking.com for two solutions.

1) where all users can search for a hotel and make a booking with credit card.

2) which is more important: all my travel agent that will make a hotel booking i don't want them to pay with credit card for every hotel reservation because i can't keep track, but instead i will send once a week or month all the sales to booking.com via bank transfer 

Is there any way that i can build such service using booking.com and also do they offer this type of  facility for the payment?
