Client trying to blackmail
I´ve listed my apartment on Booking 2 months ago and till now everything was going smooth.
Today a guy who reserved the place for 10 days arrived and told me to lower the price or he will cancel the reservation. I told him to cancel it but he didn´t and is staying there (I have a locker for self check-in and check-out).
The problem is that I´m concerned that now he will give me a very bad review and drop my score... (9,5).
How would you handle this? Thanks in advance.
Creo que podrias arreglar la situacion si se ponen de acuerdo en tomar unos dias con booking y otros dias aparte y esos dias le das un descuento como pagando la comision. De pronto acepta y todos contentos.
