Commission

 Hi Partners,

I have had slow months and a few month NO guests at all via Booking.com, I have recently increased the commission for booking.com and still no improvement. Everything else is OK, what could be the problem? 

I live in Kenya, Is there anyone else with a similar problem? Solutions? 

Kindly advice.

I'm in S.A all around and we have had normal booking rates.

You have a stunning place!

Just check your photos. There are many Doubles which you might want to attend to.

I would also replace your Main photo with one of the living room instead of the bedroom.
