OTAs should be made to make guests use individual travel insurance, not use hosts as travel insurers and automatically offer cancellations with full refund.
Alternatively, OTAs should offer vouchers or postponements, not allow cancellations. Why you are not supporting your hotels, allowing guest to cancel free of charge might help your business but many small hotels will suffer. Please stop this practice now, hoteliers, guest houses, villas, cottages they need your support. Have you even consider reducing comission during this time?
