Feedback on the recent changes in the rating system

I would like to express my disappointment in the recent changes that you made in the rating system.

Not only are the Hoteliers under pressure, because of all the negative reviews that we receive and can do nothing about, even though we did more than we were obliged to do, but now you give the guests the option to rate us with 1 instead of 2.5? And on top of that, the last resort that you left the hotelier - the reply to the comments was unavailable for 3 weeks...

Booking is a great platform with many options, but they need to try taking care of their partners as well as of their guests
