guest is asking to cancel reservation
Hi,
I'm new to booking and I'm having a question about what to do if a guest is asking to cancel a reservation due to changing plans. The check-in time is in less than 24 hours, and the booking is non-refundable.
Should I try to contact customer support to cancel this reservation?

no let them to go contact CS team on booking.com or click cancel on the booking in their account on website or the app on their phone.
and note to them if they dont follow through the reservation will still be active until they do,
no one here but us leprechauns , contact partner support.
