How to cancel reservation for a guest 1 day before check in

Hi guys, I forgot my apartment available on booking.com and its currently not available anymore, 

someone booked my apartment and I need to cancel the reservation, when I press ask guest to cancel the reservation, a message shows contact customer service. and there is no place I can reach customer service.

how can I talk to employee of the admin booking or how can I cancel his booking.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
