How to cancel reservations due to Coronavirus
Hi all, due to unsettled situation of a COVID-19, I want to cancel all reservations made, but I have no such an option. I send a kind message to all my guests asking to request reservation (as that seems as o my one option) though no responses yet. What is the best thing to do?
Hi as you have already sent the guest a message then simply open each one detail page and on right click the button to 'Request Cancellation.
Choose option 2.
Then wait, for the system and guest to confirm.
