How to guarantee the maximum amount of occupants
Dear partners,
Do you have any recommendation on how to guarantee the maximum number of occupants per property? One of my properties has 6 beds and an entire floor with carpet but I only want to rent it for 3 guests maximum. I also heard some guests bring friends with sleeping bags when they see plenty of space. Any solution would be appreciated. Thank you
I assume you do not live on the property where you rent?
If yes, that is difficult for you to control from afar of how many people are sleeping in your guest space.
The only solution is placing a security camera at your door entrance to see how many people are entering from outside. You would need to place a sign stating the front entrance is under video surveillance.
