I need some assistance to cancel a booking

Hi!

I listed my property and received a reservation for one week in July.  My issue is that the property will not be available at all this year due to unforeseen circumstances.  I have messaged the guest asking them to cancel their reservation but have had no response.  What do I do in this situation?  

Can somebody please advise?
