
Inbox number of open (unread) messages does not match actual #.
1) How do I shut off the # showing how many unread messages are in the Inbox? In the upper icon task bar it shows that 2 are open, however, in the Guests/Customer Service it only shows one.
2) How can I turn off or record that I don't need to answer a guest message? The guests asks a question, I reply and then they say thanks. There is no way that I know of to close out that conversation without replying to every thank you or if they just make a comment that doesn't need a response. Why can't I close out a conversation, or am I missing that?
3) How can I close out a conversation with a guest that has already left the property and paid their bill and the question is not valid any more?
4) I've been having this unread message, however, I've answered it, but the unread # doesn't change to none. Any thoughts.
