Last minute non-refundable reservation
In recent weeks, we have introduced a non-refundable booking offer to our booking options from our side.
I have noticed that many last minute bookings (check in the same day or the next day) are made by non-refundable guests without providing credit card details.
Of course, we have the option of making last-minute bookings without providing card details, however, by default, our hotel policy requires a non-refundable booking to be charged at the time of booking acceptance.
Is it possible for the last minute option without providing card details to be only for standard reservations with a flexible possibility of cancellation?
