How does it work regarding the rating of your stay.
I was hosting a client and send me a review by message, but I would like to send all my customers n rating message ?
Anyone that can help ?

Heya,
The guest received an email with a link from Booking.com which they need to click on and complete. Then it pulls through onto your profile where the public can see it.
PS. These are super important as they are literally what gives your property a scoring on Booking.com, which influences how often your property pops up in searches etc.

In the past I had a guest that send me a review message in my mail. I informed Booking.com and they send a second message to guest with the link to review.
