A NEW PROPERTY

I HAVE LISTED A NEW PROPERTY AND IT SAYS ITS CLOSED????

I CANNOT FIND HOW TO GET THE PROPERTY AVALIBLE FOR RENTAL

Hi Sergei. Apologies to reply on this thread but I do not know where else to post. Why has booking.com become so unpersonal iow automated responses are sent on the extranet from Credit Control and they also cannot be reached at all with regards to outstanding payouts. There are quite a few complaints on FB from other partners also having to wait months for responses & payouts. I know & understand booking.com is a huge company but really......we are a small property and rely on our income very much so whilst booking.com has been paid for reservations at our property we have to wait more than a month for our next payout. Is your company earning further interest on the money or are they in trouble???

If needed, Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
