No bookings for my new listing
Hi everyone. I am wondering why I have received no bookings for my property which I have put on this site for more than a week now.
I am in Athens, Greece. I was working with booking before and it went really well.
what is going on now?
Could someone take the time to look at my property and tell me the good and bad points, anything that may not appeal to potential guests?
I would appreciate your help.

Your place looks very nice and bookable but you probably have a minimum in nights. For one night it is not available...
Although having strict policy secures you, guests prefer to have the possibility to cancel if something changes in their plans. That is of course a decision you have to take.... In my policies I have both strict and flexible rates.
Sometimes it takes a while after listing to have reservations but wait a little more and everything will roll....

I had my first Expedia booking only 14 hours after my Expedia webpage went live online!
However, it took six weeks for Expedia staff to review my partners application and webpage text and photos before it finally went live.
