If you have not yet figured it out, go to Inbox, Booking Messages. Click on Contact Us.


Ring the phone number and explain the situation.


check the Proerty menu where it shows GPS LAT, LON, compare it to google map search for same property and see if miles out. Provide the new correct info to Support Advisor via message after you phone them first.
