Open for Essential Workers
You have notified us that you have 'closed' our property to bookings until 9th May. We remain open to Essential Workers (as per Government Guidelines!) and have reduced our prices accordingly.
Please reinstate our property to your listings asap.

I am unsure if anyone from Booking.com is monitoring this channel? Can anyone provide any information or contact numbers to speak to a Booking.com representative?
I'm in the UK & am open for Key Workers... and I have some staying!
Booking.com need to do as expedia, tripadvisor, AirBNB & many others have done - allow such businesses to trade via booking.com as exceptions.
Now that booking.com took the obvious, straightforward & sensible option of preventing bookings they need to pull their fingers out & allow exceptions where the property states "For Key Workers Only".
This would be of direct support to their "Partners", would support Key Services struggling to accommodate staff & help keep the businesses booking.com depends on for revenue alive! Come on booking.com!
Has anyone worked this out yet as we have had key workers from nearby hospitals staying anyway ( with lots of cleaning), no breakfast but use of dining room and newly installed microwave for them to use plus deep clean on leaving. I need to open Booking.com. bookings to allow for these Key workers to book.
Has anyone had any joy with Booking.com yet regarding this?
Currently not possible - in response to a government request they put a blanket ban on all UK reservations until 9th May (or until restrictions are lifted). Easy fix for them & they've yet to be bothered to help so-called partners by allowing exceptions (as the Brit Govn has done) like other OTAs.
We wait for booking.com to understand the meaning of Partnership.
