This is probably the 5th post I've seen asking the same thing. It seems that everyone is struggling now.
I suggest an aggresive marketing campaign on Social media (as it is free). You can only lower your prices so much before it starts impacting your operations.

Better prices, more visibility, better quality, things that are the obvious.
