Password not working on Start adding properties

Hello i want to add new property and i can go easly in booking extranet with login username 1325253 and with password and later when i click Start adding properties username is super but password not working.. how can i reset or whatever.. is thaugh the password is the same like on extranet ? but it is not working.. and nowhere is not button reset .. I want to add new property and i can not because of password..i need to add property vary quick please because season is here and i can not do it :(

Strange, yes it should be SSO, Single Sign On.
