Due to Corona situation we accept to cancel the Reservation ***, but please you still need to cancel in your system,  as still shows active in extranet and in Opera. 

 We already did the refund on the VCC,

Please cancel and refund the guest, as we sent messages days ago and no answer from Booking.

If you have refunded guest, have you also marked the reservation cancelled o nthe details page?


Alternatively, use Extranet > finance > overview, use the message info to send booking ID and note confirming what you have done.
