Price Performance Dashboard
Hello. My price performance is always below 20. I have tried to contact booking.com support/ account manager, but no one ever come back to me. Can someone help me? It seems like booking.com always compare my price with the wrong room type in other website. This has cause harm to my pricing rating. Please help or let me know who can I speak with.

My suggestion would be to speak to your account manager but you say you have already tried that. So phone in and speak to anyone who answers. They are normally very helpful, and if you talk to them nicely then they are normally more inclined to go the extra mile for you.
Or perhaps, send a message on your extranet directly to your account manager.
