problem with answering question


I have received a question from a guest, but I cannot answer. I write the answer, however it is appeared the below message:''Contact information (email addresses, phone numbers, website addresses) cannot be shared at this time. Check your answer, and then click Publish." How could I send the answer|? I am trying to send it for 5 days now.

Yes that is correct the web devs decided it would be clever to block just types of info.

Yep i know its frustrating, but the clever way is how you word it in order to get them to contact you directly.



If needed, Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
