Promotions
Hi,
I work with a channel partner to manage my calendar and rates which are then fed to the various marketing channels including booking.com.
When I add a promotion under booking.com it does not display as such so anyone viewing the property is unaware of my promotion, example stay 5 pay 4.
Can anyone assist with what the problem might be please.

Go to Add new promotion, then click on Free nights there you can make your pay 4 stay 5 nights i hope this can help, :)

Sorry, but this is the same question I have - what does the guest see when they are looking to book a property? We KNOW how to set these up.
We want to use promotions to attract guests to our property because they get a deal - we don’t want them to realize after they booked for 5 days that they received a day free. They had every intention of paying for 5, but now we only make revenue on 4 days.

One of your support people needs to address this question please, intelligently.
We have the same issue. We know how to set the promotions and it does show on booking page at lower prices, but it does NOT show that we are offering deals or promotions to the customers.
Customers won't appreciate that it was a discounted price, they just think it's cheap. Beats the whole purpose of offering discounts!

Hi Balitigercamp and Intan! Thank you for posting in the Community. Seasonal promotions (for example, Holidays deal) do create a special tag on the website. But it is not guaranteed for the Custom made promotion to have a specific tag on the website as there are many variables that influence it.
