Reservation

Today I discovered that the rooms in my hotel are closed for reservations. With what it can be connected, I seem to be doing nothing. The last reservation was at night. And there it says that this reservation was at the last moment.

Please contact our support teams directly by sending us a message via your Inbox tab of the extranet (under Inbox > Booking.com messages. If there is no "compose new message" directly there then click on See Contact Options > select a relevant topic eg. Account > select a relevant subtopic eg. Other > then click see all contact options > Message > write your message)  or tap More on the Pulse app

Greetings 

 

The guest have requested me to cancel his reservation but on booking.com we don't have powers to cancel the reservation for guest please assist
