Hi
I had risk free cancelation on my property ad . Recently it disappeared and i dont know what to do . I have already cheacked it on my extranet page on policy tab but there is no option over there . Could someone can help me with this issue .

You don't have to do nothing. Booking.com is searching new guests to replace the canceled booking.

I had lately a reservation that stars that it’s risk free..
How does it work???which reservations become non risk???

It means that booker can cancel for free without penalties. If the booking is canceled, booking.com will try to find another booking. If they don't find it, you'll get paid anyway (I think that the payment for canceled risk-free booking is deducted from the commission invoice).
