Setting weekly / monthly rates
Where can I set weekly and monthly rates for my listing. I've looked under all tabs, particularly Rates and Availability and cannot find it........

I would advise you to look under Promotions. There you can add as many promotions you prefer.

This is not possible under promotions which only allows discounts for early bookings etc. It is not possible as far as I can see under the current booking.com settings. It is something booking.com should perhaps create, a specific longer term (monthly) letting promotion possibility at discounted pricing. I would also like to include that for my own house.
I haven't followed up on this since my last query but it seems, as M Adamopoulu says above, this could be done under PROMOTIONS. I guess you would have to tailor-make a promotion like "Stay a week and receive xxx % Off" Keep us posted if you get anywhere and I will do the same. Cheers
Hi! Raymond, yes in Promotions you can find deals that can suit you. As far as I know you can select up to 7 days and offer a promotion you choose.

It is possible to create promotions for up to 7 days but it doesn't seem possible for longer monthly stays. It would be great if booking.com could create such possibility as well.

You can only apply a discount to a stay 7 nights or less in the promotions section (Custom). Att Booking.com developers. Please change this to 31 days or less. This is very important now due to the pandemic since most guests are in 14 day quarantine.
