Hi everyone!

Some of you might know that we have been working on improving the Partner Community, both in terms of content as well as user interface and experience.

We came up with these 3 simple questions, hoping you could reply with your thoughts:

  1. What features would you like to see added to the Community interface? 
  2. What threads, topics, or posts bring you most value?
  3. What other conversation topics do you think we should tackle?

Hi Sergei,

1. A) a basic set of emoticons to help assist with intent of our scribblings.

B) Go-back arrows on the browser should do exactly that, go back to the previous page viewed, not back to main menu.

C) email notifications of posts in followed threads links, these should go directly to the new post advised, not dump us at the bottom of the thread and leave to us to find the post. In a long thread it's detrimental to receiving more conversation i.e. thread-killer.

2. Unfortunately, the most useful ones are those that are avoided by your team! Oftentimes advice is needed because answers have not been forthcoming via Extranet, leaving the partner thrashing around in the dark. The finance department are particular demons for this and are protected by a  virtual wall.

3. See 2, the harder, meaty stuff.

I would prefer that you fix the many bugs and issues in the Booking.com systems - this will substantially reduce the number of negative posts on the same subject in this community.

For example, the calendar sync and double bookings - creates lots of complaints in this community - and it's an easy fix .......

Finding the whole experience with booking.com extremely stressful.

Wish to cancel a booking and remove my property from their listing. Despite numerous messages being sent, still no assistance from anyone!

Only messages saying portal not working!

Booking have charged the reservation and for the issue of apartment verification they do not send the transfer. About 1,500 euros and about 1 month

I am calling every day this seems to me a lack of respect.

 

I can not work or collect my money for the clients that entered until booking does not make the verification. I've been waiting for almost 1,500 euros for more than 1 month

Hi Guys....there seems to be a lot of unanswered questions here.........and waiting for payment more than a month ???...............I do not ever have any problems with BDC..so sorry to hear these things !!! from the Hosts/Partners !!

Hi Michael,

I have been waiting for payment 3 months…although in my Extranet payment status it says Paid On Line…OK!!!

 

In the past had no problems…payments by booking.com….was an excellent solution for partners like me that don’t have POS…

 

The sad thing is that Finance Dept doesn’t respond to my numerous message requests…

 

The only choice I have is to close my calendar!!!
