Termination of the contract

Please help me to delete my account and terminate the contract !!! The object ID - ***, Hotel Comfort.

The object was registered on your site by mistake. But everyone has the right to change their mind and terminate the contract. Why do not you have true information on how to do this on the site ??? I read this information https://partner.booking.com/en-gb/help/legal-security/how-can-i-remove-…, but that's just the point the matter is that the Compose new message option is simply not there !!!

If you care about the reputation of your site, please kindly give detailed and TRUE information on how to remove my account from your site and terminate the contract. I would highly appreciate, if you could do it youself. Thanks in advance for your prompt reply!

Помогите мне удалить свой аккаунт и расторгнуть договор!!! ID объекта размещения - ***, Отель Комфорт. Объект был зарегистрирован на вашем сайте по ошибке. Но каждый имеет право изменить свое мнение и расторгнуть договор. Почему у вас нет достоверной информации как это сделать на сайте??? я прочитала данную информацию https://partner.booking.com/en-gb/help/legal-security/how-can-i-remove-property-or-end-my-partnership-bookingcom, но в том-то и дело, что опции Compose new message просто нет!!!

Если вам дорога репутация вашего сайта, дайте подробную и ДОСТОВЕРНУЮ информацию как можно удалить свой аккаунт и объект размещения с вашего сайта. Спасибо заранее за скорый ответ!
