"Hello, I wanted to share an experience we recently had with one of our guests. Despite their reservation, the guest didn't show up, and as per our policy, we marked it as a 'no-show.' However, to our surprise, the following day, the guest left us the lowest possible rating of 1. We believe in open communication and continuous improvement, and we genuinely value feedback from our guests. We kindly ask for any insights the guest may have had that led to this rating. This information will be invaluable in helping us enhance our services. As hardworking hosts, we are committed to providing a positive experience for all our guests.
