Unwanted automatic booking promotion

Hello,

I wrote the rates of our apartment myself. But when I look at the booking reservation, there is a promotion that I didn't put. There is about 15% or 20% promotion from the first price I put on the apartment. I don't understand why there is a promotion and smaller price if I didn't put any promotion.

I would be very greatful for any help,

If you haven’t placed any promotions maybe BDC is giving your property a little boost...

 

BDC helps new properties by reducing prices on their behalf...

 

You can always call your local BDC office and ask them...

It sound like you have mobile rate 10% enabled and possibly Genius also.

 

contact Partner Support to review your setup as we cannot.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
