Using our room differentiation tool to increase customer satisfaction and profits

Our new room differentiation tool analyses what guests really value in a room and are willing to pay more to get.

According to our research, guests often can’t tell the difference between the cheapest rooms and more expensive ones. Without a clear reason to spend more money, they usually don’t.

While guests can find their perfect room, you can get more bookings for your more expensive room and unit types. To make the most of the tool, we recommend looking at your property listing from a guest’s perspective and then use the tool to note the differences.
