
Using the Pulse app and new widget
Our Pulse app helps you take care of tasks on the go. Through the app you can manage your property’s availability, get notifications about bookings, cancellations and reviews, and respond quickly to messages from guests.
To make your experience even better, we’ve recently launched the Pulse Daily Activity widget. Aside from giving you crucial reservation information in the palm of your hands, the widget is also customisable and easy to use.
Please note: The widget is currently only available for Pulse iOS but we hope to bring it to Pulse Android in the near future.
Using the Pulse Daily Activity widget you can personalise your Home Screen or Lock Screen in the following ways:
- Widget size – choose between three different sizes: small, medium and large.
- Placement – add the widget anywhere you want on your device, and as many times as you’d like.
- Filters – pick the information you want to see, such as arrivals, departures or both. If you have multiple properties, you can filter by each one.
- Security – to protect the privacy of you and your guests, any data displayed on the widget won’t be visible when your device is locked.

The only solution to this is to uninstall the Pulse app and reinstall it.
It would be great if the app was fixed sometime in the next few years, but I won't hold my breath .....
