Verification code not received. Apartment is now not bookable!!
I have an issue with booking.com not being able to verify my property in a timely manner.
My property manager was meant to call me to verify my property over the phone at a scheduled time and never ended up calling me.
They have also been unable to send me the verification code to my address. We have no issues with our other mail being mailed to our address so I am unsure why booking.com is having trouble.
I have contacted booking.com who have told me my property manager will call me back - it has now been 1 week and am still waiting for their call back.
As a consequence they have closed our account and made the apartment unbookable. We are a reputable company who are also on airbnb, tripadvisor and other websites and have found our experience with booking.com the most difficult and disappointing!
Can somebody please help me with my situation?

Sometimes it takes a little longer until BDC verifies properties.
