Oh boy, that sounds bad.
I tried getting booking.com to remove one of the people who had access on the system but it was extremely difficult.
This, unfortunately, will cost you a phonecall. You will need to phone them, don't worry they will phone you back as a security check and then it's their airtime you're using.
