We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

Think from guests' viewpoint - they look for some accommodation in some city/area rather than the particular property. If they do, they usually look for some well-known, popular hotel or similar. Notice that the label over search box is "Destination/property name:"


1) Instead of searching the property name, enter your city, and it should appear in results. Also, you can look at it at the map, there should be a pinpoint. This is what most of guests would do.

2) Particular properties may be searched for directly, but the most experienced will be at the top.

3) If you are new, try to spread the word and promote yor property by sharing direct link to it. Share it at social networks and other places and this will draw visitors to it.
