Did you know you can manage your property on the go with Pulse?

Hi everyone,

We all know being a host can be stressful. That’s why we created Pulse, the app designed for partners to help manage your property on the go.

You can handle reservations, message guests and update availability from your mobile – so you don’t have to be sitting at your computer to tackle a lot of your regular administrative tasks.

A lot of you are already using the app already. We’re keen to hear what your experience has been so far –- has it saved you time, or helped you avoid overbookings?

And what’s the Pulse feature you just couldn’t do without?

My properties are listed on BDC, TripAdvisor, HomeAway and AirBnB - I use the apps for all of them. None of the apps are perfect but they are helpful.

I find phones are too small and fiddly to use for proper work, so most work is done on the computer. I could never do something like set the pricing or change photos from the phone. I prefer not to use the phone for messaging guests - even large phones are too fiddly. Plus phones have things like Autocorrect on the text, which can select wrong words etc - and if we turn Autocorrect off, punctuation and spelling errors can get through. I would rather not take the chance on sending a poorly worded message back to the guests.

Where Pulse comes in really handy is that I can mark messages from guests as "No reply needed" and then deal with those messages later when I'm at the computer.

Ciao Ilse, come stai ? I just joined booking.com with 5 properties, I downloaded the app in my phone but I cannot log in? it says my e mail is not correct. can you help? Dying here.

Hi, 

In this case i suggest you to do uninstall and again reinstall sometimes mobile do not support.

The Pulse App isn't working.It says "Session expired" .I restarted my password as suggested, still nothing.Even if it let's me in for a couple of minutes then it logs me out again with the same message. Can't log in and manage my reservations.

Hello, 

I suggest you to upload the latest version this one is very efficient and in quick manner we could see our new update, activity, all upcoming bookings, availability can be managed and other more function which we could do easily from mobile app.

Hi everyone,

The same happens to me with Pulse.  I am using the Android version and after the last update it asked me to change the password, and after I did, it still does not let me in, issuing a "session expired".  I am using the new passord!

The strange thing is that I can connect fine to the Extranet using a browser from my phone with the new password oir my PC.  Even stranger, Pulse on Android works fine when connected to the mobile provider (Greece), but not in any Wifi!!!

I called the local booking.com help and they suggetsed to try later, because I had tried logging in too many times (about 100 since this morning).  Not sure if that is a good solution, because Pulse works fine on the mobile network, but not on Wifi!

Strange bug!

I feel this Pulse app is very supporting. It is very fast in certains things like quick reply, quick views, managing room rate, managing property, payment, quick view of upcoming reservations, daily activities etc. 

yes, definately it is not like in PC but it is very helpful.

I used pulse on Booking.com got a lot of response but my prices were not indicated as i had wanted though maned to get a good review from one guest.

I am using this pulse, it is very helfpul for me. 

very quick overall view, like reservations, activity, report, review score, messages, even price detail, guest detail etc. 

once again please check for your latest updated version this one is very nice and supporting

Bandara I agree with you PC version is easier to find your way but pulse is incredible when you are on the go.  Since I do not have internet connection network in my village area, everyday now in the Summer I go swimming so wifi is everywher,   cafe, beach bar etc.  I  do almost everything from my iphone.... including uploading photos....wow...I love this new feature.

For me Pulse is my property manager!!!

Do you see a cut off text or the comment is slightly moved to the right side of the screen?
