Extranet and Booking.com failing us-and you too -badly?

Our postion on the nearby towns page has dropped

This is due to our property score going down from 100%

It has gone down due to a  technical problem with the extranet

I reported it 11 days ago and was told yesterday to be patient as they are still trying to fix it !

I wonder if the tech team at Booking.com would be happy if their personal  salary had gone down as ours has over the last 11 days? ( property views are down too)

Hi there,

I'm sorry to hear about your struggles.

Suppose the only thing we can do is wait for them to fix it. If it happened to me, I would ask them if they could compensate me somehow. Maybe something like Highlighting my property for about two weeks after the issue is fixes so as to cover damages.

Doubt they will do that though.
